Refund policy

We want you to be as happy with your purchase from Godly Vessels, but if something isn’t right, please let us know! If you would like a refund, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@godlyvessels.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any damages, please contact us at info@godlyvessels.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@godlyvessels.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience.
  • Within the United Kingdom, all shipping free.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Shipping times may vary for international orders.
  • Expedited shipping is available for customers who require faster delivery. Please select this option during checkout for expedited processing and delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method.
  • We strive to keep our shipping rates competitive and transparent, ensuring you receive fair pricing for your delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.
  • Please note if you choose the delivery option that doesn't offer tracking details then we are not liable for any lost/damages that may be incurred.

International Shipping:

  • For our international customers, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom, USA and to select international destinations within Europe and others. For specific shipping inquiries or requests, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Sales Periods:

  • If you ordered during a sales period, please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. 
  • Please note, we can only guarantee your order will be dispatched on time. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time as this is down to the shipping courier and their current delivery times and if they're experiencing any delays which tends to be the case around Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.
  • If items are returned to us due to incomplete address / missing information we kindly ask you to pay for the shipping fee as the cost of resending your item is a lot for our small business.
